Vol-au-Vent is our Plat du Mois for May at Le Gratin!

This dish highlights a classic vol-au-vent, filled with tender veal and delicate sweetbreads, complemented by asparagus and morel mushrooms, all enveloped in a rich blanquette sauce. Served in a light, flaky pastry, it’s a refined yet comforting expression of French tradition, perfect for the spring season.
