Plat de Côtes Braisé is our Plat du Mois for September!
Our Plat de Côtes Braisé features tender braised short ribs with silky celery root purée, confit celery stalk, and a rich red wine jus. A comforting French classic to welcome the beginning of fall at Le Gratin.
